This one here is by Bay Area artist Encore featuring Ladybug Mecca from Digable planets. There’s even an appearance by the young man who plays Chris Rock on the sitcom “Everybody Hates Chris”. I like the vibe and wish more songs like this got rotation on the radio.

Sidewalk extension on Putnam avenue
I noticed the sidewalk being extended on Putnam the other day. I wonder what they are going to do with the triangular “island” , which now looks like a fenced in urban prairie. Hopefully this is a sign that Fulton street will get back to being two-way street soon, it’s been almost 3 years!
